The Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the lounge by delivering food and beverages efficiently, courteously, and professionally. The role requires maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall service operations of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a warm and professional manner, guiding them to their tables and presenting menus.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
  • Serve drinks and dishes promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Maintain knowledge of the lounge's menu, daily specials, cocktails, and promotions.
  • Upsell beverages, premium bottles, and food items to maximize guest experience and revenue.
  • Ensure tables are clean, set up correctly, and reset quickly for the next guests.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a lounge, club, or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food, beverages, cocktails, and wine service is an advantage.
  • POS system experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
