Botanica is recruiting a trainee waiter to join our floor team as a runner.

Great opportunity for someone serious about learning to become a great waiter in nightlife, who wants to train up to international standards of hospitality & service.

First train to be an excellent runner - learn to support our experienced waiters, and learn from their expertise and then train the skills of a professional waiter, including regular trainings on food, alcohol & service.

• Available in Bahrain with valid visa
• Fluent in english - written and verbal
• Interest in working in nightlife & party atmosphere
• Comfortable working late nights & with alcohol
• Drive to learn, study & grow

Opportunity:

• Start as a runner - train to be a waiter while supporting the floor team as a runner.
• BD275 salary + tips
• 48 hours/week, work visa, 2 days off, 30 days leave, 2 year air ticket
• Ongoing training waiter program - gain expert knowledge about service, food & alcoholic drinks.
• This is a training position - there will be constant pressure, regular testing and the expectation to learn.
• Chance to step up into junior waiter roles & beyond.
