Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Coordination:

  • Lead and supervise MEP technicians (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs.
  • Coordinate with clients, tenants, and management regarding MEP requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.

Maintenance Operations:

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for:
  • Electrical systems (DBs, breakers, LV systems)
  • Plumbing (pipework, pumps, drainage, heaters)
  • HVAC (split units, ducting, compressors, troubleshooting)
  • Troubleshoot major MEP issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Ensure MEP systems operate efficiently and safely.

Technical & Documentation:

  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, job completion forms, and equipment logs.
  • Monitor material usage and request required spare parts/tools.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, estimates, and BOQs for maintenance works.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure all MEP activities follow HSE guidelines and company standards.
  • Identify hazards, conduct safety toolbox talks, and ensure PPE usage.
  • Report major breakdowns or risks to the management immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in MEP maintenance (facility management preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Experience supervising multi-skilled technicians.
  • Ability to read MEP drawings and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Good communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
