Our Dispute Resolution practice is recognised for handling Bahrain's most significant commercial, civil, and regulatory matters.

We are seeking a talented Associate (3–5 PQE) to join our Bahrain Dispute Resolution team.

What you'll do

  • Act as counsel on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes before the Bahraini courts.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, expert submissions, and settlement agreements in Arabic and English.
  • Advise regional and international clients on litigation strategy, case prospects, and risk management.
  • Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex, high-value matters, taking increasing ownership of files as you grow.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership articles, client seminars, and internal know-how projects.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in litigation or dispute resolution, gained at a reputable Bahraini or regional firm.
  • Bahraini national with full right of audience before the Bahraini courts.
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring junior lawyers.
