Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista Intern located in Manama. The Barista Intern will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant café experience.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Enthusiasm for coffee culture and a desire to learn
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
