We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations, onboard new vendors, and support warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, hands-on field experience, and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, approach, and onboard new vendors; conduct field visits and make outreach calls.

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations: product uploads, pricing, inventory checks, order flow, and SLA compliance.

  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock accuracy, order dispatch, and returns.

  • Monitor marketplace performance, resolve operational issues, and support promotional activities.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure smooth onboarding documentation and activation.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of e-commerce experience in the GCC (mandatory).

  • Experience in vendor onboarding, marketplace operations, or field sales.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
