Sales Executive – Vendor Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to help onboard new jewelry and accessories vendors onto our online platform. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the jewelry sector, strong field sales abilities, and a passion for building partnerships with local manufacturers, wholesalers, and boutique designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential vendors (jewelry stores, manufacturers, designers, wholesalers).
- Promote the platform's benefits and convince vendors to register and list their products.
- Conduct field visits to meet prospects and build strong business relationships.
- Assist vendors with the onboarding process, including product listing guidance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure active participation and product uploads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets.
- Gather market insights and competitor information to support business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in jewelry or accessories sales (retail, wholesale, or field sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces/e-commerce (preferred).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused mindset.
- Smartphone and willingness to travel locally.
