Job Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Medical Representative with a pharmacy background to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, you'll be the key link between our company and medical professionals, using your clinical knowledge to promote our products and build strong, professional relationships in the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy.
  • Develop strong client relationships, address needs promptly, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and secure new partnerships with pharmacies.
  • Coordinate internally with logistics, cold storage operations, and customer service teams to ensure on‑time delivery and quality.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be residing in Bahrain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Must possess a valid Bahrain Driving License.
  • Knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Understanding of the medical and pharmaceutical market
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred
