We are seeking a Creative Content Creator to join a growing food tech company in Bahrain. You will be responsible for developing innovative campaign ideas, producing engaging social content, and managing online presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with a videographer, graphic designer, digital marketing specialist, and content creator to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns that resonate with audiences across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative content and campaign ideas for social media, marketing initiatives, and push notifications.
  • Write engaging copy, captions, and scripts in Arabic and English, adapting tone and style for various GCC markets.
  • Create and contribute ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video content.
  • Record voiceovers and assist with scriptwriting for videos and campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms: posting, reposting, scheduling, and engaging with audiences through comments and interactions.
  • Monitor community engagement, ensuring all communication reflects the brand's tone and personality.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all visuals and messaging.
  • Stay updated on social trends, audience insights, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management (especially TikTok and Instagram Reels).
  • Strong copywriting and creative storytelling abilities in both Arabic and English.
  • Confident in voiceovers and video scriptwriting.
  • Deep understanding of GCC audiences and ability to adapt content tone and dialect accordingly.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and content optimization.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
