Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content Creator & Social Media Specialist
 to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality visual content. This role involves creating posts, reels, stories, and short videos while supporting social media strategy, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual content (posts, reels, TikToks, stories).
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand direction.
  • Shoot and edit photos and short videos.
  • Design posts and stories to match brand aesthetics.
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and social copy.
  • Plan and schedule monthly content calendars.
  • Analyze social media performance and insights.
  • Stay updated with trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team for brand consistency.
  • Attend shoots and assist in content creation on-site.

Skills Required:

  • Strong content creation skills (visual + written).
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Proficient in editing tools (mobile apps or Adobe is a plus).
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication in Arabic & English.
  • Ability to work professionally under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in social media or agencies is a plus.
