Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in delivering
  play-based and child-centered learning activities
  .
• Encourage children's
  independence, creativity, and problem-solving
  through daily routines and exploration.
• Help create a safe, joyful, and inclusive environment that supports
  well-being and holistic growth
  (social, emotional, physical, and cognitive).
• Observe children's learning and development, and share insights with teachers and parents.
• Assist in preparing engaging classroom materials and resources.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring safety and active participation.
• Promote positive values such as
  respect, cooperation, and responsibility
  in line with Finnish ECEC principles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in
  Early Childhood Education
  (Preferred).
• Experience in a preschool, kindergarten, or early years setting (experience with play-based or Finnish curriculum is an advantage).
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their
  well-being, growth, and joy of learning
  .
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt, be flexible, and encourage
  child-led learning experiences
  .
• English & Arabic speaker, only English is accepted as well.

specialized training from our Finnish partner

to ensure they are fully equipped to support the Finnish approach to early childhood education.
