The Mobilization Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end document processing cycle for candidates, ensuring smooth mobilization and onboarding in line with client requirements.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Engage Coordinate with clients and candidates to collect and process all necessary legal documents.


• Provide continuous support to clients regarding their queries, applications, and procedures.


• Manage multiple candidates' document processing cycles and maintain accurate status updates.


• Connect candidates with their designated channel partners to streamline mobilization.


• Prepare and submit weekly status reports to company management and clients.


• Ensure strict adherence to client requirements and reporting deadlines.


• Collaborate with the Accounts team for invoice submission and payment collection.


• Liaise with the GRO team to facilitate efficient document processing.


• Assist in preparing reports on issued documents and payment statuses.


• Identify and suggest creative solutions to enhance service delivery.


• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of client and candidate information.


• Perform additional duties as assigned by concern team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.


• Experience in mobilization, onboarding, or recruitment processes.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent client service and communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
