Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate
Social Media Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media — someone who can turn ideas into engaging stories, manage multiple brand voices, and stay ahead of digital trends. This role requires creativity, organization, and a keen understanding of audience behavior in the Saudi and Bahraini markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat).
  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign concepts, visuals, and storytelling.
  • Manage day-to-day social media calendars, ensuring timely posting and community engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics and insights reports.
  • Track social and cultural trends to ensure brand relevance and creative innovation.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and brand-appropriate responses.
  • Support paid media campaigns by coordinating with the performance marketing team.
  • Stay informed about competitors, platform updates, and new tools to enhance engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of META Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing skills in
    Arabic and English
    .
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and trends.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of photography, videography, or design tools is a plus.
