Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manama for the position of Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest complaints, and maintaining the overall quality of the hotel's services. The Duty Manager will also be involved in coordinating between departments and ensuring smooth operations throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel management, guest relations, and hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and basic financial understanding
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of Opera PMS is a mandatory requirement for this position.
