Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Executive, based in Manama. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and calibrating equipment. The role involves daily monitoring of production processes, identifying areas for quality improvement, and ensuring that all products meet company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
  • Analytical Skills for monitoring and improving processes
  • Laboratory Skills for conducting tests and ensuring product quality
  • Calibration skills for maintaining and adjusting equipment to meet standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is a plus
