Job Description

Sofitel Bahrain is inviting enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our People & Culture Team as a Trainee. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic 5-star environment where French elegance meets Bahraini warmth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and staff engagement programs
  • Support recruitment efforts, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews
  • Help maintain HR records, systems, and internal communications
  • Contribute to employee wellness and recognition initiatives
  • Assist in organizing events, trainings, and team-building activities
  • Be a daily support for team members – our Heartists– across departments

Qualifications

  • Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Business Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
  • A proactive, positive attitude and high level of confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and support a diverse team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
