Job DescriptionSofitel Bahrain is inviting enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our People & Culture Team as a Trainee. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic 5-star environment where French elegance meets Bahraini warmth.
What You\'ll Be Doing- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and staff engagement programs
- Support recruitment efforts, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews
- Help maintain HR records, systems, and internal communications
- Contribute to employee wellness and recognition initiatives
- Assist in organizing events, trainings, and team-building activities
- Be a daily support for team members – our Heartists– across departments
- Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Business Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
- A proactive, positive attitude and high level of confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and support a diverse team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
