Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Adliya, Manama. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to support the Amriya Group's creative and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to building compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity across multiple venues and platforms. Experience in document editing and design—especially menu design—is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging content including social media posts, digital banners, and promotional materials.
  • Create and update branded menus, flyers, and other print/digital collateral with precision and creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute original, brand-aligned concepts.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Content Creator to develop and support visual content for Reels and TikTok videos.
  • Maintain design consistency across all assets in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Prepare files accurately for both digital and print production.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and apply relevant innovations to improve creative output.
  • Assist with document formatting, layout refinement, and occasional editing for proposals, presentations, and in-house documents.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong experience with document editing and layout, with menu design considered a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Detail-oriented with a solid grasp of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of work, including branding, digital, and print design.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
