Job Overview

We are looking for a  
Graphic Designer
 to create visually compelling designs across social media, marketing campaigns, print, and outdoor advertising. The ideal candidate is highly creative, adaptable, and able to deliver engaging content that elevates our brand across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) including posts, stories, carousels, and video assets.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
  • Develop visuals for outdoor advertising, billboards, and event branding.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats and channels, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience designing for social media, print, and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, and outdoor design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
  • Creative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, finance, or corporate marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
