Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with UAE experience to support our healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, mechanical drafting knowledge, and experience in quantity take-offs. You will prepare accurate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for healthcare projects.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings comply with healthcare standards.
  • Support project engineers and architects in design modifications and technical documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in drafting.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills; 3D drafting is a plus.
  • Mechanical drafting knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with quantity take-offs and familiarity with healthcare projects.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
