Voxa empowers voices everywhere and makes public speaking and storytelling fun, inclusive, and accessible—especially for young creatives across Bahrain and the GCC.

We're looking for a 
dynamic, curious, and creative assistant
 to join CEO 
Jess Cruse
 (speaker, trainer, and storyteller) from 
now–December 2025
.

 
Key Dates:
 Sept 16, 27, 29, 30 & Oct 9-11 (plus additional dates).

 
Location:
 In-person across Bahrain.

You will need to be available for most of these dates and join our CEO in person.
(see below if this isn't suitable)

Transport costs and a basic stipend (food & drink) during each event can be provided.

What You'll Do

  • Capture photos and videos at events, workshops, and speaking gigs (your phone works fine).
  • Create quick videos, reels, and posts that showcase our events.
  • Support light admin tasks (bookings, reminders, scheduling).
  • Join Jess at speaking gigs, networking events, and training sessions.

What You'll Gain
