About the role

The Director of PR will be responsible for supports the development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, including the annual public relations plan. A key focus will be on enhancing the hotel's digital presence through the website, e-newsletters, and other electronic marketing tools.

  • .Align programs with the marketing plan and leverage spontaneous opportunities
  • .Maximize media exposure through strategic editorial pitches and research, targeting key feeder markets
  • .Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
  • .Assist in crafting and executing a comprehensive annual PR plan aligned with the hotel's marketing strategy, including segment strategies and key initiatives
  • .Utilize electronic marketing platforms to enhance visibility, including eNewsletters, email broadcasts, customized mini-sites, and other digital opportunities
  • .Maintain an up-to-date image and video library
  • .Ensure the Hotel's website is current and aligned with corporate standards, optimizing visual content for media coverage
  • .Adhere to Four Seasons' sales and marketing standards while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment
  • .Ensure all promotional content advertising, direct mail, and collateral reflects Four Seasons' brand image and maintains high standards of professionalism
