Robot Specialist

Role involves a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.

Robot Repair and Maintenance:

• Receive and inspect incoming robots for damage or malfunctions.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical electronics, mechanical issues.

• Perform repairs, replacements, and assemblies of parts as required.

• Test repaired robots to ensure functionality and quality.

Inventory Management:

• Update the warehouse inventory system with accurate information on received, repaired, and shipped robots

• Manage the stock of spare parts and components.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports on the status of repairs, including the nature of problems, time taken, and parts used.

• Document technical issues that require manufacturer expertise and communicate them to the headquarters technical team.

Customer Communication:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on the repair status of their product.

• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to customers over the phone or remotely, occasionally visit in-situ.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's in Engineering (electronics, mechanics, or a related field)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
