Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and attentive Female CCTV Monitoring Staff to oversee security camera operations, monitor live footage, and report any suspicious activities. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
  • Identify and report unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activities immediately.
  • Maintain records and logs of all monitoring activities and incidents.
  • Coordinate with the security team or management when required.
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
  • Follow company security policies and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV systems.
  • Good communication and observation skills.
  • Ability to remain alert and focused during long hours of monitoring.
