We're Hiring: Industrial Safety Inspection Officer

(Preferably Bahraini Nationals)

ASEPCO Factory, located in Dammam Second Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Safety Inspection Officer to join our team and uphold the highest standards of workplace safety.

About the Role

As an Industrial Safety Inspection Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all personnel at our manufacturing facility. You'll be responsible for conducting inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Inspections & Monitoring


• Perform routine inspections across the facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations.


• Assess equipment and machinery for operational safety and maintenance needs.


• Verify the availability and proper use of PPE (helmets, gloves, goggles, etc.).

Incident Reporting & Risk Assessment


• Prepare detailed reports on safety conditions and incidents.


• Investigate workplace accidents and recommend preventive measures.


• Advise management on strategies to reduce hazards and improve safety outcomes.

Training & Safety Awareness


• Lead safety training sessions and workshops for employees.


• Distribute emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.


• Promote a culture of safety through ongoing awareness initiatives.

Emergency Preparedness


• Coordinate emergency response efforts during incidents such as fires or accidents.


• Oversee evacuation drills and ensure readiness of firefighting and first aid equipment.

Regulatory Compliance


• Ensure adherence to local and international safety standards.


• Liaise with regulatory bodies and support safety audits.


• Maintain documentation required for compliance and inspections.
