Our Client is seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is crucial in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Greeting: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Wait Time Management: Provide accurate wait times and manage waiting lists efficiently.
  • Reservation Management: Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements.
  • Table Assignments: Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Operational Support: Assist wait staff as needed, such as refilling water glasses or clearing tables.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
