Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager located in Manama. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate various client projects, ensuring they meet performance goals and deadlines. Responsibilities include planning and executing project strategies, managing teams, tracking project outcomes, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The Program Manager will also play a key role in addressing challenges, optimizing project workflow, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management, Task Delegation, and Strategic Planning
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Process Optimization, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in consultancy or agency environments is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
