To lead and manage the company's financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The Finance Manager will ensure sound financial management, compliance, and cost efficiency while supporting strategic and operational decision-making to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board.

  • Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.

  • Monitor and control company expenditure, margins, and working capital.

  • Manage banking, treasury, and credit control activities.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit requirements, and IFRS standards.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

  • Support management in investment decisions, CAPEX planning, and risk assessment.

  • Implement strong internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

  • Partner with other departments to ensure financial discipline and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.

  • Manufacturing industry experience (preferably composites or industrial) is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
