We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP projects and a solid understanding of FIDIC contract conditions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for MEP projects.

  • Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and packages.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports.
  • Assess and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions (particularly FIDIC).
  • Assist in the preparation of contractual claims and dispute resolution.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial efficiency.
  • Conduct site visits and verify the physical progress of works for valuation purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the MEP sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract (Red, Yellow, or Silver Book preferred).
  • Proven experience in cost control, contract administration, and claims.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
