Senior Information Technology Specialist

The Senior IT Specialist must be able to manage fully all Microsoft's/non-Microsoft core business applications and operating systems, On-Prem and Cloud Environment (Azure/AWS), in addition to manage fully the network and security in the organization. This includes all the devices, software, workstation, and server hardware. This role is a key position within the service department and will be called upon to resolve the highest level of technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services for the following areas: Microsoft and non-Microsoft Products.
• Deploying of new project/Product.
• Upgrade any of the current system. Managing Infrastructure this will include on-prem and cloud environment.
• Advanced working knowledge of Windows server 2019/2022 maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, migration, & upgrade.
• Advanced working knowledge of Active Directory 2022/Azure AD, DHCP, DNS and how it works in complex environments.
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (previously known as SCCM): deployment of Windows 11, Application, Updates and Upgrades to client.
• Advanced working knowledge of Office 365 Admin Center.
• Advanced working knowledge in latest Linux Servers OS, creation and management.
• Management of all Microsoft related technologies: Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Apps (Desktop-Web-Mobile) Office 365, Visio, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Storage Online, Latest Intune, Microsoft Defender.
• Implementing and managing Conditional Access Policy, Windows Information Protection, Identity Protection, MFA.
• Implementing Security systems as per iGA requirements.
• Creations and management of AWS EC2 Instances, Security Groups, S3 Storage, Storage Gateway, RDS Network configuration and management.
• Managing HQ & Branches Network WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, Cisco routers & Switches, Cisco SDA, Palo Alto firewalls and Cortex Antivirus, Qualys Cloud Platform.
• Management Internal systems, cloud and network infrastructure.
• Management of all Virtualization technologies: Microsoft Azure, AWS Monitoring and management of servers/systems alerts and notifications.
• Advanced working knowledge of Veritas Backup Exec, Altaro Backup & Replication, and Recovery.
• Advanced working knowledge in IP Cloud Telephony integrated with Teams.
• Resolve all the issues related to IT infrastructure & Network.
• Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Active participation in all on going and upcoming IT projects.
• Providing technical support, documents & reports and feed backs for the IT projects.
• Coordination with the clients and suppliers for IT requirements.
• Perform other duties and related tasks as may be required from time to time.

Requirements

• 12+ years, experience in designing and deploying Infrastructure, hardware and networking solutions.
• Experience deploying production applications, solutions, Hardware and networking as stated above in "Required Advanced Technical Proficiencies and Duties".
• Working knowledge of systems deployment within Windows platform. Experience in Infrastructure, Virtualization, Hardware and networking from deployment and maintaining the availability of the service.
• Knowledge of Service-oriented architecture and interfaces Architecture.
• Experience of working with multiple solution partners and systems integrators.
• Project management skills.
• Can lead and manage on the ground and virtual team.
• Take accountability and responsibility of the department overall services.
• Good understanding of security issues surrounding applications.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of monitoring of service thresholds.
• Strong attention to detail, Analytical, excellent time management and organizational and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment.
• Effective communication skills are required. Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills are required to manage outstanding issues until resolution.
• Excellent command in computer literature.
• Excellent command in Microsoft Windows operation systems and office.
• Working knowledge of systems monitoring.
• Experience of working with multiple solution partners and systems integrators.
• Holder of MCTS (Microsoft Certified Solutions Certificate), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Exchange, and AWS Certified Solution Associate.
• Holder of Cisco Certification.
• Holder of Microsoft Azure Certification.
• The Employee will be responsible for all the points mentioned in stated above in "Required Advanced Technical Proficiencies and Duties". In addition to fully managing the infrastructure in Amazon Web Services, Responsible for Backup for the AWS servers, managing on-prem Physical Servers, Managing and Deployment for Firewall with Network Design. In addition to the Above Managing the SharePoint on premise Design and Deployment of Load balancers in Cloud/ On premise, Managing the NAC Forescout Solution for Enhanced security in Overall HQ and Sites, Design, Deploying and management for Altaro Backup & Replication for On Prem and O365, Managing the Palo Alto Firewall Endpoints of Servers and Clients, Managing IP Cloud Telephony integrated with Teams.
• Sr. Information Technology Specialist should be available on Friday, Saturday & after working hours if required for scheduled activities.
