We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Development Recruiter to join our dynamic and ambitious startup. As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for driving the entire business cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to closing deals and ensuring payments. You will be supported by our team of industry veterans, but your success will be defined by your ability to independently bring in and manage business from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and generate new client leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and present compelling business proposals to prospective clients, aligning recruitment solutions with their specific needs.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's network and build brand awareness.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact, managing the relationship and understanding their staffing requirements.
  • Execute the entire recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and negotiation stages.
  • Leverage recruitment software and other online tools to efficiently manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Sales and Operations:
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
  • Secure signed agreements and facilitate the billing and collections process to ensure timely payments.
  • Report on key business metrics and sales performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the veteran team to align your strategies and leverage their experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on business development and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing in new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, ambitious, and "go-getter" attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

CompensationWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes a fixed salary and an excellent, uncapped commission structure based on your performance.
