Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Manama. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, and optimizing posts. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments to ensure content is consistent with the company's brand, monitoring social media trends, and engaging with the online community.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Content Strategy and Writing skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency with social media management tools
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
