Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer at fit20 MENA located in Bahrain. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing fitness instruction, circuit training, and sports coaching to clients on a day-to-day basis.

Please note: many of our clients require culturally sensitive one-on-one sessions. The successful candidate must be able to work professionally and respectfully in such settings.

Qualifications

  • Nutrition, Personal Training, and Fitness Instruction skills
  • Circuit Training and Sports Coaching skills
  • Experience in designing and implementing personalized fitness programs
  • A strong understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Personal Training or related field
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals
  • Previous experience working in culturally sensitive environments is highly preferred

Fit20 Bahrain is looking for a passionate and driven Bahraini Personal Trainer
 to join our team. fit20 offers a unique, science-based, high-intensity training method in a professional studio setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized one-on-one fitness sessions using the fit20 method
  • Motivate clients and help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Provide fitness assessments and develop individualized workout plans
  • Drive membership sales by promoting the fit20 benefits
  • Maintain a clean and safe training environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Compensation

BHD 350 – 400 monthly salary plus incentives per client

Requirements

  • Bahraini candidate only
  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Strong sales and motivation skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Passionate about fitness and helping clients succeed
  • Previous experience in fitness or sales is preferred
  • Ability to work professionally with clients requiring cultural sensitivity is required
