We're now seeking an experienced Senior Property Advisor with strong market knowledge and proven success in sales and client management to join our expanding team and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Property Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, driving property sales and leasing activities, and maintaining high professional standards that reflect the House 2 Home brand. You'll work closely with the management team to enhance lead conversion, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the company's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property listings, client inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property exposure and lead quality.
  • Ensure all client data, listings, and transactions are accurately managed in the CRM.
  • Act as a role model for junior agents, contributing to a positive and performance-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Bahrain's real estate market.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales or leasing targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Bahrain property market and client needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Weetas, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid Bahrain driving license and RERA certification preferred.
