About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized HSE Document Controller to support our Corporate HSE Department in maintaining and implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in document control, reporting, and ensuring compliance with AHC's "Zero Harm" vision across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management:
  • Develop, update, and maintain all HSE procedures and IMS documentation.
  • Ensure proper numbering, storage, and distribution of HSE documents as per company procedures.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Collect, review, and consolidate monthly HSE statistics and reports from all projects.
  • Track and ensure timely submission of HSE reports (ATR, incident reports, etc.).
  • Tender & Project Support:
  • Assist in preparing HSE procedures for tenders and new projects.
  • Support site HSE teams in developing new procedures as required.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and document HSE coordination and management review meetings.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings (MOM) for head office HSE meetings.
  • Information Security:
  • Control access to HSE documents and ensure no unauthorized sharing of information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduation or Diploma in any stream.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE, preferably in marine, oil & gas, or infrastructure construction.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (Level 3) is required.
  • Familiarity with HSE management systems and document control processes.
  • Experience in HSE reporting and data management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
