Your responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and guide a multinational team toward success
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the DESSANGE guest experience
  • Actively contribute to salon management (organization, performance, profitability)
  • Support and enhance team training and professional development
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with a local and international clientele

Your profile
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position within a premium salon environment
  • Experience in GCC countries preferred but not essential
  • Professional hairdressing qualifications (NVQ / SVQ3, NVQ / SVQ2 or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
  • Passion for excellence, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest service
