Job Summary:

We are looking for a Metal Trade to support our operations in metal procurement, and distribution for the oil & gas sector in Bahrain. This role involves managing the trade of metal products such as steel pipes, plates, structural steel, and specialty alloys used in oilfield and industrial applications. The ideal candidate will understand both the commercial and technical aspects of the metal trade business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sourcing, pricing, and negotiation of metal products including carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials.
  • Support import/export documentation, customs clearance, and local distribution of metal products.
  • Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to fulfill client orders.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, fabricators, and customers across the GCC and Asia.
  • Monitor and report on global and regional market trends, including price fluctuations and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ASTM, ASME) for all traded materials.
  • Maintain trade records, sales reports, and client communications.
