Produce Assistant/Fruits and Vegetable

Ensure the quality, freshness, and display of the department's products throughout the day.
Ensure regular quality checks are conducted, and stock is handled according to a "first-in, first-out" policy.
Ensure all products are price-labelled and point-of-sale materials are used to highlight promotional and new products.
Always maintain display standards consistent with categories and customer flow.
The display and availability of the fruit bar and salads must be maintained in accordance with company standards.
Ensure all products are weighed correctly and adhere to the price level when presented to customers on the scale.
Always coordinate with the department supervisor and provide new ideas and information to increase department sales.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the produce area.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
Assist in setting up displays and promotions.
Employees are not allowed to eat or use a mobile phone in their section.
Employees are not permitted to move to other departments during working hours.
Employees must adhere to the official uniform during work hours.
