Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Event Coordinator
to
search for, secure, and coordinate events
in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. You'll play a key role in researching opportunities, liaising with organizers, and ensuring smooth execution of our services at events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify event opportunities in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
  • Build relationships with organizers, venues, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for events.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Represent the company onsite during events when needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent in
    Arabic and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or related fields is preferable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia for events.
