Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include identifying business opportunities, managing client portfolios, conducting negotiations, and providing after-sales support. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively represent the company and expand its reach in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in customer relationship management and sales account management
  • Expertise in negotiation, client communication, and problem-solving
  • Experience in market research and business opportunity identification
  • Knowledge of the food distribution industry, particularly in premium food categories such as dairy, baking products, and alternative milk options, is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
