Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Manama. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and managing accounts to drive sales. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Executive will stay up-to-date on market trends and proactively promote Falcon Pack's range of products to clients to meet their business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in detergent sales, account management, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic recommendations
  • Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language abilities are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the packaging or food service industry is a plus
