RS Management is seeking a highly experienced and professional Group Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent service standards, operational efficiency, and strategic growth throughout all outlets. The role requires strong leadership, a fine-dining background, and the ability to travel between locations as required. (Prefer locally available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operations across all restaurant locations to ensure consistency in service and quality standards.
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by monitoring and improving service delivery across outlets.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise multi-location teams, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Coordinate closely with Executive Chefs and management teams at each location on menu planning, service flow, and operational improvements.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including HACCP standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, procurement, and cost-efficiency measures for all outlets.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, prepare forecasts, and perform operational analysis across locations.
  • Optimize staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across the group.
  • Support onboarding, training, and professional development programs for staff at all locations.
  • Conduct regular operational audits, address challenges proactively, and implement corrective measures.
  • Coordinate special events, VIP services, and private functions across multiple restaurants.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support brand initiatives, promotions, and seasonal menus.
  • Review guest feedback across all outlets and implement group-wide improvements.
  • Represent the brand professionally with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, cost control, and food safety.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and multi-unit cost management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexible to travel frequently between restaurant locations.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong commitment to service excellence.
