Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Planning and Execution

Assist in developing influencer marketing campaign strategies with the marketing team.

Identify target audiences and select suitable influencers for each campaign.

Prepare campaign timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

  1. Influencer Recruitment and Management

Identify, recruit, and manage 3–4 influencers to represent Taif Al Emarat Perfumes and Ramsat Perfumes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and collaboration terms.

Coordinate all stages of cooperation — from influencer selection to content posting and performance tracking.

  1. Product Coordination and Delivery

Coordinate the delivery of perfumes and promotional materials to influencers.

Ensure products are received on time and used appropriately in influencer content.

Follow up to confirm that all product mentions align with brand identity and guidelines.

  1. Campaign Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor influencer activity and campaign performance (reach, engagement, views, etc.).

Collect all published links, screenshots, and analytics for reporting and documentation.

Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

  1. Internal Coordination

Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and design teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer activities.

Attend team meetings and provide updates on influencer collaborations and campaign progress.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.

Attention to detail in tracking product deliveries and campaign performance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM or campaign management tools.
