Position Overview

The Senior Social Media & Content Strategist will lead the planning, creation, and execution of high-impact digital content that elevates Etijah's brand, strengthens audience engagement, and supports ongoing marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative strategist with strong storytelling abilities, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Create high-quality, innovative, and visually compelling content — including written posts, videos, graphics, and stories — tailored to each platform.
  • Build, manage, and maintain detailed content calendars to ensure timely, consistent posting across channels.

Campaign & Community Management

  • Support marketing campaigns by contributing creative concepts that increase reach, visibility, and engagement.
  • Actively manage communities across platforms by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive brand presence by initiating conversations and building strong online relationships.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Apply data-driven recommendations to enhance content quality, audience retention, and platform performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project coordinators— to ensure alignment between online content and project goals.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices.
  • Proactively experiment with new tools and creative techniques to elevate digital presence and maintain competitive edge.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 3.0 GPA minimum.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
