Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Manama. The Sales Account Manager will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, delivering tailored solutions, identifying and pursuing new business leads, and conducting regular communication with clients to understand and meet their needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver exceptional experiences and maintain professional interactions.
  • Experience in Lead Generation to identify potential customers and grow the client base.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple accounts and address client needs effectively.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus.
