We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with children and adults, using evidence-based approaches to address sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges. This role will involve assessing clients, creating individualized intervention plans, and collaborating with our team of cognitive specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans.
  • Work collaboratively with cognitive trainers to support the overall cognitive development of clients.
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed based on client progress.
  • Stay updated on the latest occupational therapy techniques and research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Bahrain (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with cognitive challenges is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
