Reporting to:

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and installation works for the final 9-12 months of the project.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between architect, contractor, interior designer, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Supervise installation of finishes, joinery, furniture, lighting, and equipment to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor project schedule, track progress, and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
  • Conduct quality control checks and resolve site issues in coordination with design/technical teams.
  • Support in reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
  • Coordinate deliveries, site access, and installation sequencing.
  • Enforce site health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering (with interior/fit-out experience).

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision / interior fit-out project coordination.

Previous exposure to high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
