We are on the look out for a new trainee cocktail bartender to join our team.

Great opportunity for someone serious about learning to bartend to international standards. First train to be an excellent barback, and then progress to learning the skills of a professional cocktail bartender.

We take our bartending and our people development very seriously. Theres regular extra training, required private study and frequent testing - if you are serious about learning about cocktails, bartending & floor service then this is a great career move for the right person, but keep in mind its a lot also a lot of work and a big commitment.

Application requirements:

• Available in Bahrain with valid visa
• Fluent in english - written and verbal
• Interest in working in nightlife & party atmosphere
• Comfortable working late nights & with alcohol
• Drive to learn, study & grow

Opportunity:

• Start as a barback - train to be a bartender while supporting the bar team as a barback.
• BD275 salary + tips
• 48 hours/week, work visa, 2 days off, 30 days leave, 2 year air ticket
• Ongoing training waiter program - gain expert knowledge about service, food & alcoholic drinks.
• This is a training position - there will be constant pressure, regular testing and the expectation to learn.
• Chance to step up into junior bartender or waiter roles & beyond.
