Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Purchaser in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, based on-site in Manama. The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing and procuring fresh and high-quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role involves regular communication with kitchen staff to understand supply needs and maintain cost efficiency. The Purchaser will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our meals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sourcing and procurement within the Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management
  • Inventory management and cost control skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure product quality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
