Paid Internship – Business Development & Social Media Specialist

Stipend: 20 BHD/month + Commission

Role Description

We're looking for a motivated intern to join our team as a Business Development & Social Media Specialist. This role combines lead generation, client engagement, and social media content management. You will support outreach efforts to find sponsors, event partners, and clients, while also managing our social media platforms with engaging content and timely interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and contact potential sponsors, partners, and clients
  2. Research market trends and event opportunities
  3. Assist in drafting sponsorship proposals and business emails
  4. Help manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  5. Create or coordinate engaging visual and written content
  6. Track social media analytics and suggest improvements
  7. Attend meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

Qualifications

  1. Strong analytical skills and market research ability
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English)
  3. Familiarity with lead generation and customer service techniques
  4. Passion for social media and creative content
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team
  6. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn
  7. Bachelor's degree (or current student) in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
